Who we are
OneMind ("we", "us") provides career consulting for students and parents. Contact: hello@one-mind.in.
What we collect
Parent name, mobile number, email, child's class, city and the question you share. If you pay, we store order and payment references from our payment provider — we never see or store full card or bank details. Assessment responses are currently collected through a Google Form for operational purposes.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, the assessment, deliver our consulting, issue receipts, send service messages and/or any other operational purposes, by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Children's data
Information about a child is provided by and with the consent of a parent or guardian, and is used only to deliver the consulting services.
Analytics
With your consent, we collect anonymous usage events (pages visited, enquiries started and completed) to improve the site. You can choose "Decline" in the consent banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, no analytics events are recorded.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. Access is limited to the consultant and staff who need it.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then archive/delete them as need arises.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@one-mind.in.
